Group Exercise Classes throughout the Sutherland Shire are focused on helping to support you on your journey to stay Active, Healthy and Strong in a safe and comfortable environment.
There are a variety of classes to help you maintain a healthy heart through cardio vascular fitness, keep bones and muscles strong by lifting hand weights and continue to stay balanced and flexible through movement.

Whether you prefer to pay as you go and only attend on the days or weeks you're available or commit to a 10 week program which runs during the school term.
Exercise can help maintain muscle mass, bone strength, agility and flexibility.
Balance training involves doing exercises that strengthen the muscles, including your legs and core and assist in preventing falls.
Come and join a fun and effective program to improve your stability, flexibility, muscle mass, brain functioning and bone density.
Please wear comfortable clothing, supportive shoes. Bring a water bottle and mat/towel to class.
Hand weights and Pilates equipment is supplied on site or by the instructor.
All NSW older adults also have access to free phone and online-based health coaching through the Get Healthy Service.
